We designed the entire scheme using detailed 3D visuals and walk-through renders, allowing the client to see furniture, finishes and layouts in context before anything was purchased. This removed uncertainty and ensured that every decision could be made with confidence, despite the distance.
Because the client’s move-in date was fixed, we arranged short-term rental furniture so the apartment would be comfortable and functional from day one, while the final pieces were being manufactured and delivered. At the same time, we managed the full procurement, storage and installation process, coordinating multiple suppliers, trades and timelines on the client’s behalf.
The scale of the space required careful attention. We specified bespoke window treatments to suit the height of the windows, adapted the lighting and electrical layouts, and integrated smart home systems so the technology worked seamlessly without dominating the design.
The finished apartment feels calm, elegant and effortless — a space that reflects the client’s taste while making the most of the building’s architecture. When they arrived in London, they walked straight into a fully resolved home, with every detail in place and nothing left to organise.
