We were approached by this Oxfordshire based scientific company to design the layout and interiors for their new offices. Their past office space had felt very unsociable and staff did not mix much. This new space was designed with plenty of seating for informal meetings, as well as socialising, a communal dining area, and even a table tennis - all designed to foster a stronger sense of belonging and company identify.
